Prof. (Dr.) Manisha Pandey is an accomplished academician, researcher, administrator, and mentor with more than 24 years of professional experience, including over 18 years in higher education and research and 6 years of industry experience. She possesses extensive expertise in Management, Commerce, Research Methodology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Psychology.
She currently serves as the Dean, Faculty of Commerce & Management and Head of the Ph.D. Cell at Shri Davara University, Raipur. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held several key academic leadership positions, including Dean, Director, Head of Department, Research Cell Head, Professor, and Research Guide at reputed universities and management institutions across India.
Her academic contributions encompass research supervision, curriculum development, faculty development, institutional administration, quality assurance, publication of research papers, case writing, and promotion of interdisciplinary research.
