International Yoga Day 2026 Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at Shri Davara University
Shri Davara University proudly celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 with a grand and inspiring event that marked another significant milestone in the University’s journey towards holistic education, wellness, and social responsibility.
The programme was organized under the visionary leadership and guidance of the Hon’ble Director General and Hon’ble CEO, whose continuous support and commitment contributed to the success of this prestigious occasion.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Hon’ble Pro Vice Chancellor, and Hon’ble Deputy Registrar. Their participation added dignity to the celebration, and they encouraged and honored the participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
The programme witnessed active participation from students, Deans, faculty members, staff, and distinguished guests. As part of the University’s commitment to health, wellness, and community service, a Blood Donation Camp was also successfully organized. Members of the University family enthusiastically contributed to this noble cause, demonstrating their dedication to humanitarian values and social responsibility.
A key highlight of the event was the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Shri Gayatri Arogyam (AYUSH) Polyclinic Centre, Dhamtari, represented by its Director Dr. Dinesh Nag, and Blossoming Yoga Studio, Sarona, Raipur, represented by its Director Mr. Shubham Singh. These collaborations are expected to create new opportunities for academic cooperation, wellness initiatives, and institutional growth.
