Shri Davara University First Annual Event “DU Ignite” Held in Nava Raipur: Shri Davara University organized its first annual event, “DU Ignite,” which showcased a wonderful blend of education, arts, and culture. The program began with the presentation of the university’s progress report by the Registrar Kumar Shwetabh. Following this, Director General Dr. Charmi Davara highlighted the exceptional work carried out by students and staff over the past year. She specifically mentioned B.A. student Rahul, who secured second place in the state-level 400-meter race. Additionally, she acknowledged the achievements of students placed under the Skill Development Program. The chief guest, former Mrs. World Dr. Aditi Govitrikar, delivered an inspiring message to the students. Special guests Amrita Kushwaha, Ritika Yadav, Dilip Kumar, and Pooja Sahu also attended the event.
During the ceremony, teachers, media personnel, influential figures from social media, and university staff who had made significant contributions were honored. The awards were presented by Dr. Aditi Govitrikar and Dr. Charmi Davara , who appreciated their contributions. The event featured performances by students, including music, dance, and a grand fashion show, which added to the excitement. This event proved to be an excellent platform not only for entertainment but also for students to showcase their talents.

A special attraction of the event was the team from the Chhattisgarhi film “Suhag,” who also attended to promote the film.
