Shri Davara University achieved a proud milestone today as the Babylon Group of Hotels visited the campus and selected five students from the Hotel Management program during a special placement drive—the first in the university’s history.
The visiting team included Mr. Sandeep Raj, Director, and Mr. Anvesh Shukla, General Manager of Babylon Group, who shared valuable insights on the hotel industry and interacted with students. The event was coordinated by Ms. Nikita Yadav, Assistant Professor, Hotel Management Department, who played a key role in organizing the session.
Faculty members Dr. M. P. Gautam, Honorary Director Shri Tulsi Das Shinghani, Dr. Varun Ganjir, and Mr. Kumar Swetabh also participated and actively supported the students throughout the process, guiding them during the interaction and selection rounds.
University CEO Mr. Chinmoy Davara called it a proud moment and a strong beginning for DU’s placement journey. Director General Dr. Charmi Davara expressed her happiness over the students’ success, emphasizing the university’s growing commitment to skill development and career advancement.
The placement drive concluded on a high note, inspiring students and strengthening DU’s industry connections for future opportunities.
